Amanda helped us purchase our first home in 2015. We still remember how seamless she made that process. We stayed in the loop with Bialack and Associates through newsletters and social media. In 2019 we looked at other homes in our neighborhood to get ideas of how to renovate our 1951 tract home to better suit our family’s needs and dreams. We wondered if it would be easier to move, and Amanda graciously offered us her expertise while we were in the planning stage. We had to get out of a HERO loan and wanted to use our VA loan again, so she coordinated talks with our lender. Together we realized it was possible, and we set out on the next chapter of the adventure: a concurrent sale and purchase!
Amanda and Ethan stayed on the ball with preparatory appointments and showings of our first home while taking us on the hunt for our new home. It was a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs! We wouldn’t have been able to hold on without their expertise, basically constant communication, and great personalities to validate our feelings and keep us calm and confident. The team, including Valerie and Alycia, always had the energy, positivity, and understanding that we needed. We were right to trust them with everything.
I got to work with Ethan a lot during this process. Having his perspective was so helpful! He and Amanda’s styles complement each other so well. I felt like we had every method of assistance at our disposal between the two of them. Working with a team made it so someone was always available for open houses and showings. It was easy to leave our home and our search in their hands.
We ended up selling our home for $10k over asking to a really great couple, thanks to Amanda & Ethan’s perseverance and professionalism. After negotiating the best possible terms for our purchase, we are in our DREAM PROPERTY, chillin’ pool side in our Twin Palms oasis. I am writing this during the social distancing order in LA County, so I know now more than ever how important HOME is.
