SPRING CLEANING – What to focus on and what to not worry about.
Whether you are an organization addict finding the “joy” in every item, or simply relish in a pair of nicely folded jeans, you’ve felt the pressure to start your Spring Cleaning. What does Spring Cleaning actually mean? Does it mean going through every piece of clothing in the house to donate, keep, throw out, or can Spring Cleaning just be organizing the junk drawer? Spoiler alert, it can be both! Feeling overwhelmed by the idea of tackling an entire house filled with “chores” is normal. Instead of trying to take on every task, let’s take a beat and find which mess matters most. Here at Bialack and Associates, we tell our clients to focus on which places/items need immediate attention. Can’t park your car in the garage because of the mess? Guess what, cleaning the garage comes first! Could the fridge double as a prop for a crime drama because of all the handprints? Time to wipe it down! We decided to put a list of suggestions together for you to reference. Take a look and pay attention to which items stand out – that probably means they need immediate attention!
