My husband and I recently bought a house while selling our first home with Amanda and I honesty couldn’t believe how easy she made the entire process. Buying our first home was very stressful so I was imagining this would be much more stressful than that, but she somehow pulled it off.
We listed our house, accepted an offer, found a house we liked, and went into escrow on both properties in a week’s time so we could have concurrent escrows! She answered our phone calls and text messages very quickly and never complained at how much we contacted her! We’d seriously text her right up until we went to sleep and then first thing in the morning and she always responded quickly, thoroughly, and positively (even though I’m sure we were driving her crazy!)
There were a things that came up during the process that we stressed about and Amanda always remained calm and told us everything would work out and as much as I didn’t believe her at the time, she was right! I honestly don’t think it would have gone as smoothly with someone else. We are so grateful for Amanda! She worked hard and got us into our “forever home”. We are so happy and have her to thank for it!!
