I could not have asked for a more experienced Realtor than Amanda. She is a person who gets to know her clients and then does what is best for them. She may not always agree but will always explain herself.
Amanda truly is a # 1 Realtor. My husband and I were lucky enough to hook up with her through our daughter and son in law. Amanda sold their old home and also took care of their new home. She has become like family to all of us.
Amanda was able to sell our townhouse in Santa Clarita, which is nowhere near her Broker office and help us buy a townhouse in Simi Valley, which again is nowhere near her Broker office.
We were those people that had questions at all times of day and would e-mail Amanda no matter what day or time it was. She always got back to us and never made us feel that we were inconveniencing her. No problem or question was too dumb or silly for her to answer.
If I ever had to sell or purchase another home, I would contact Amanda in a second. She did a good enough job for us that we never intend on moving again.
I cannot end this review without mentioning Valerie, Amanda’s assistant. Whenever Amanda had a conflict of time, Valerie was always there ready to help. She is very knowledgeable and just a sweetheart.
